1. Sleep
We spent most of the time sleeping – and we are sleeping in bed so that all possible sleeping equipment is crucial for good health.
Probably the best investment is investing in a good mattress and pillow. When you lie down in bed, the mattress needs to be so good that you do not even feel it when the pillow perfectly supports your head and literally you do not have to adjust when you are down, then you know that you have a good mattress and pillow.
Good dream equals good day.
They are not cheap, especially not mattresses, but once you take them, they will change your sleeping experience, increase the quality of everyday life and productivity, and you will already notice it after a few weeks.
2. Footwear
Why are you cold in winter? Poor footwear. Back problems? One of the causes may be bad footwear. After sleep, we spend most time in the position where our feet touch the floor, sitting or standing position, the facts are facts, we still have not found out how to levitate so we need to take care of our footwear.
We don’t adapt our footwear to weather conditions.
Good footwear. Forget about those thin sneakers where you can feel every coat on the asphalt. We suggest sneakers with a sponge that will amortize every step, and the feeling is like walking on the clouds. You can freely use the popular running shoes for walking, and of course it is also possible to find sneakers only for walking too.
You want to be comfortable at each step and you do not want your legs to be stinky.

3. Chair
We live a sedentary lifestyle, I am sitting while writing this article, even sitting in a bus that does not have just a good chair. It is very important that we have an ergonomically adjusted chair with lower back support that will ease the pressure and reduce the possible pains caused by prolonged sitting.
Good chair will motivate you to proper posture.
Always get up every half hour, break it down, it is important and proper to hold, neither the best chair will help if you keep it bad, but a good chair will motivate you to start holding your spine properly.
Those with head restraints should definitely take precedence when choosing.

These are our tips for the top three investments – as you can see it is not anything spectacular, these are all common everyday things but are the things you do to the greatest extent and thus have the greatest impact on everyday life.
A quality sleep, a soft step and proper sitting will take you further than you think.
