5 tips to look better on the beach
Here we are in the sixth month, summer is here, we go to the sea, go to the beach, and there are those who want to look good on the beach, but they are getting too late and will simply not get their body into a representative form.
Do not worry because there are tricks for you as well, which will make you look better on the beach.
1. Take photos while lying on your back
All your friends should know that you are at sea and of course you will share the image on social networks. Make sure you lay down on your back because your belly will look much smaller, and women should pay special attention to your feet, one of the strongest things where you can not make mistakes, especially if you shoot them while feet are on the floor, and the lower leg and the thighs make up angle of 45 degrees.
Outside the virtual world, spend more time lying on a towel as this will make your belly less noticeable.
2. Going into the sea
You do not want to enter the sea slowly so that the whole beach is looking at the overflow of your fatty tissue over the swim. You simply go to the sea and as soon as possible ensure that you are at a depth that will at least cover the belly.
3. Sitting down
Avoid sitting because your fat tissue will sit down also and spread everywhere. Sit upright as if you are in a competition, as if someone held you to the top of your head and pulled up because that’s the only way things look a bit better.
4. Walking along the beach
No matter how hot it is, have a shirt on. This is even supposed to do because the sun is ruthless and it will burn your skin so make sure that you wear a shirt and a cap whenever you can, just don’t walk in the swimsuit because the shirt covers your belly and points out the hands you can pump in the sea through swimming.
5. Chest pump
Chest pump is an old trick to pump your chest and is mostly for men. Go into the water up to your shoulders, spread your hands, palm your hand toward each other, and pull your hands until you put your palms together, and make sure your arms are stretched in your elbows, and you may slightly bend them. So activate your chest muscles and after a minute of pumping, take a pause of a minute and repeat four more times.
Then go out of the water with your new chest and enjoy the beach walk.
