Beans are one of our most favorite food, and specially meals with beans where we like beans cooked with vegetables. Those who love hiking often in mountaineering homes can find delicious beans meals that will restore their energy!

Beans contain potassium, calcium, iron, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc and sodium. It is a good source of protein, and vitamin A is a great source of folic acid, vitamin B6, K, riboflavin (B2) and B3.
Beans contain protein and fiber.
It contains fibers, proteins and antioxidants, and is excellent food that you can consume during the training period to provide energy for your workout.

How to cook beans?
Before cooking, leave raw beans in the water for about 8 hours, it is best to put them in the water overnight. We do this to make the membrane softer, to cook it faster and we won’t have flatulence after eating this delicious food.
Put it in water overnight for less farting.
Beans from the can are simple, you don’t need to put them into the water, you can eat them straight away.
Beans recipe
The most popular recipe is beans cooked with onions, carrots, salt, pepper, garlic that were fryed before on light fire. Cook them all together for about two hours and before the end, make browned flour to make thicker texture of the meal. You can add bacon or sausages, fry them separately and add to the mixture before cooking.
