Chicken in tomato cheese sauce

Chicken in honey and mustard is already well known Different specialty, but we decided to go a step further and see what we can do with that base. This recipe has been adapted for a while until we found the perfect combination of flavors.
What do I need?
- 200 grams of chicken breast
- 5 grams of pork fat
- 5 grams of honey
- 10 grams of mustard
- quarter of lemon
- 10 grams of sunflower seeds
- 1 tomato
- 30 grams of hard cheese (gouda)
- oregano
How to prepare it?
Step 1
Season the chicken breast with honey, mustard and lemon and leave them a bit. During this time cut the tomato into small pieces, grate hard cheese and prepare sunflower seeds.
Step 2
Bake chicken in a pan until it has a light brown color, add sunflower seeds and mix. Then add the tomato and reduce the heat of the cooking table and mix for another minute.
Step 3
Put grated cheese and origano over the ingredients you’ve just fried.

Bonus tip
Be careful with sunflower seeds not to burn, so it is important that when you put them, mix them together with the meat, literally for 10 seconds and immediately throw the tomatoes inside that will start making the sauce. If they burn, they will take over the taste of the whole meal.
The secret of great taste of this meal is a combination of cheese, tomatoes and oregano, which are a perfect match and will remind you of pizza!
