How to prepare it?
Put everything in the shaker and mix, leave it for couple of minutes and that is it. You don’t need a blender for this, ideal for students! Donat’s recipes are also simple. We’ve also released a 360 ° recipe video format where you can see exactly how to make a healthy chocolate pudding!

Bonus tip
This pudding will keep you satiated for a long time and is ideal when you are on a lower caloric intake, and if you still want to increase it caloric, add peanut butter, it will further puddle and give it a completely new flavor!
Donat tells us how he pours warm water and lets it last for 10 minutes, psyllium expands its volume and we have pudding – if you want a more fluid version, put more water.
We tested the version with cold water and left it for 20 minutes in the fridge because we love cold pudding and we also got the same thing so it’s up to you to choose whether you want a warm or cold pudding, a home or a travel version!
We recommend this meal as a dinner, but it is ideal to take with you when you go for a longer period of time outside the house and you have not been able to create some time for food preparatoin. You will not need more than a few minutes to prepare, and the students will also be happy with this because they do not need cooking or roasting, just shaker, ingredients and water.
