Cottage cheese with peanut butter and fruit

We are looking for a simple meal that is ready in 3 minutes, which is nutritionally rich, has a good protein base and is simply tasteful. Then we combine well-known cottage cheese and peanut butter with little fruit and what we get is a miracle – the best salad you have ever tried.
What do I need?
- 250 grams of cottage cheese
- 35 grams of 100% peanut butter
- 1 banana
- couple of strawberries
How to prepare this?
Just cut banana and strawberries on slices, put cottage cheese, peanut butter and mix everything. Simple as that!

Bonus tip
Be sure to use 100% peanut butter, not the one with the addition of sugar. Instead of strawberries, you can also add blueberries that are also very good with this combination.
