Cottage cheese with pickles

Cottage cheese with pickles are very simple dinner in the winter when we no longer have tomatoes available. With some spices we have a great meal before going to sleep!
Cottage cheese with pickles – ingredients
- 250 grams of cottage cheese
- 20 grams of pickles
How to prepare?
Step 1 – around 3 minutes
Put cottage cheese in the plate and chop pickles into small pieces. Spread them over cottage cheese and spice as you wish. We suggest to use sweet ground pepper because combined with cottage cheese makes delicious meal.
Mix it until you get a nice mixture.

Bonus tip
We love to add bacon into this meal if we have one, homemade bacon. Just remember that it will rise calories because 20 grams of bacon has additional 108 calories, but everything is fine as long you match your caloric intake.
From spices, instead of sweet ground pepper you can add a few drops of lemon juice too.
