Eggs with spinach, feta cheese and bacon

Ever since we started to use feta cheese with scrabmled eggs, a whole new world opened up with the softness of the whole meal and a fine creamy flavor of cheese and when we add pumpking seeds to this combination then we have a real straight breakfast who keeps us satiated for a very long time!
What do I need?
- 4 eggs
- 5 grams of pork fat
- 10 grams of pumpkin seeds
- 50 grams of feta cheese
- 100 grams of spinach, fresh
- 30 grams of bacon
- couple of cherry tomatoes
- oregano
- 1/4 of onion
How to prepare this meal?
Step 1 – spinach preparation
Fry the fresh spinach on the heated pork fat for a minute until it is tender, take it out into a special pot and place it in the first row to enjoy the following show of meal preparation!
Step 2 – fat and onion
Continue to use the fats you have used for spinach, add the finely chopped onion and stir it until it get a shiny color, then you know the time to add the next ingredient.
Step 3 – pumpkin seeds, feta cheese and bacon
Add pumpkin seeds and bacon, seeds will begin to break in a couple of seconds, do not be afraid. When the bacon takes a light crayfish color and the seeds are already baked, add the feta cheese that you have previously sliced into thin slices. Feta cheese will start to melt and create a sticky mixture that will connect all ingredients.
It does not look very beautiful, but believe us, it is very delicious!
Step 4 – eggs and spinach
In the final step, simply pour the entire mixture of eggs, add the spinach and stir it until it is ripened. Approximately half a minute before the meal is finished, remove it from the fire and leave it in the air and serve on a plate with a few cherry tomatoes for decoration.

Bonus tip
Onion keeps pumpkin seeds from burning so that you do not do this without onion, and when you put feta cheese in the pan, do not just let it on the pan to cook it, but mix it so it will not cling to the surface and connect it with the other ingredients.
There is no need to use salt because you have a feta cheese and bacon that is sufficiently salty in itself.
