How to improve your sex performance with food?

- 200 grams of salmon
- 200 grams of spinach
- 10 ml of olive oil
- 10 grams of unsalted raw peanuts
- 30ml of milk
- 5 grams of butter
- lemon juice
How to prepare this meal?
Spice the salmon – around 5 minutes
Dip a salmon steak into lemon juice and olive oil and leave it for five minutes. This combination will soften already soft meat, and lemon and fish before any type of frying are a superb combination.
Salmon and spinach preparation – around 10 minutes
We used frozen spinach, and you can have it fresh if you have it. After the spinach is cooked, pour the water, add butter and milk, and stir in the middle heat until the milk is gone to get a thick mixture.
Along with this, fry the salmon on the pan, as soon as you put it, move it with trough the pan in the beginning to prevent it from sticking to the pan.
After serving salmon and spinach on the plate, pour 5 grams of raw peanuts on each plate to further enrich the spinach and sexual performance since the peanut with salmon is also considered a good aphrodisiac.
