Protein semolina pudding
Semolina is a meal that most of us eat in primary and secondary school meals, many of us did not love him, many worshiped him, situation is very simple: you like it or you hate it. We decided to spice up a well-known recipe with proteins to get the right dessert for any part of the day!
What do I need?
- 30 grams of whey protein
- 500 ml of milk
- 50 grams of semolina
How to prepare this meal?
Place the milk in the pot and sprinkle the samolina and turn the heating table on. Start to mix it. As the milk will heat up, the mixture will thicken, and it is important that it is constantly mixed so as not to have little pieces. When the milk begins to smoke, lower the heat and mix it until you get the desired density.
Place the mixture in the plate and sprinkle with whey protein and mix well until you get a pudding.

The flavor of this meal depends largely on the whey protein flavor, as it is commonly used to add sugar or honey to a tasty taste, but we have tasted it with whey proteins.
