Protein smoothie with berries and peanut butter
There are lot of smoothie recipes but this is the one that will conquer you with its simplicity of preparation and the incredibly phenomenal combination forest berries and peanut butter.

What do I need?
First, take 30 grams of unique and almost divine peanut butter. If you do not have a weighing scale nearby, do not worry, 30 grams of this divide is equal to one tablespoon.
Then take 30 grams of incredibly practical whey protein. Choose the flavor you want, we have a coconut with which we are not happywith and we are still suffering with it and we are waiting for the day we will spend it but in this combination it’s great!
After that, forest fruit berries. Fresh, frozen, depending on the season, in each case get 50 grams.
For the end, pour all together with 2 dlc of milk and blend it.

What else do I need to know?
This smoothie can be eaten anytime but we like the idea to drink it after training, and you can freely add chia seeds or walnuts because they will not change the taste, but keep in mind that it will increase the caloric value of the meal!
