Smoothie with spinach and banana

Here’s a quick smoothie drink where banana kills the bitterness of spinach with the milk that binds the whole story! 🙂
What do I need?
- 1 banana
- 200 ml of milk
- 100 g of spinach
How to prepare it?
First, put the spinach in the blender so it can b close to the blades, then cut it the banana on slices, pour milk over and blend it.

Bonus tip
To enrich smoothie with protein, add whey protein, but in our experience, chocolate and spinach do not fit together the best, so avoid this combination.
If you add 30 grams whey protein, nutritive values are much more different and balanced!

A great meal for any time of the day, but let’s say when you come home after training and want to do something fast that will not be so thick and you can drink it in a matter of minutes while you are preparing a solid meal, this is a perfect example!
