Spinach with eggs

Spinach with eggs – ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 100 grams of fresh spinach
- 5 grams of pork fat
- 20 grams of cheddar cheese
How to prepare?

Put the pork fat in the pan, put the pan on the plate, but do not fire it yet. Let’s prepare all the ingredients first. Break 4 eggs and mix them until you get a nice mixture. The best indicator of good mixture is foam on top.
Break spinach leaves into small pieces and grate cheese.
Step 2. – around 3:00 min
Pour the mixture into a heated pan and bake the eggs for about a minute. Then add spinach and hard cheese and stir it all together if you like this way or fold if you like eggs baked like a tortilla.
