Stuffed zuchinni

If you are looking for lunch ideas, stuffed zucchini will probably be among your first choices. A simple meal, exceptionally tasty, is a great part of every diet plan intented for weight loss.
Stuffed zuchinni – ingredients
- 100 grams of pork loin, mixed
- 5 grams of pork fat
- half onion
- 15 grams of hard cheese
- half zuchinni
How to prepare?
Step 1. – around 3 minutes
Remove the meat from zuchinni with a spoon, remove pits from the meat and squeeze the water out of it.
Step 2. – around 10 minutes
Sprinkle the raw meat with sweet ground pepper, put it in the pan on pork fat together with chopped onion and fry it shortly – for 5 to 6 minutes. Add meat from the zuchinni you previously squezzed and fry it 5 more minutes – before you start doing this, turn on the oven because you will need it for the next step
Step 3. – around 5 minutes
Put zuchinni in the oven on 200 degrees for 5 minutes. During that, grate hard cheese and cut tomato on slices to be ready for the next step.
Step 4. – around 2 minutes
Take zuchinni out of the oven, fill them with meat from step 2. and put tomato and cheese over. Sprinkle it with origano or some other spice you like.
Step 5. – around 15 minutes
Bake it for 15 minutes on 200 degrees.

Bonus tip
Make sure that the zucchini are not too long in the oven so that they do not overburden and the edges burn, so hold them literally for 5 minutes, and even less if necessary in step 3. of the making
