How to become a patient person?
Patience sounds like a simple word that only involves deep breaths and repeatedly inhaling and exhaling or maybe some yoga and staying quiet when feeling angry.
Patience is an art
Patience is something that is achieved over the years, you will never become a patient person if you are into deep breathing or sign for yoga classes. For some, it is extremely difficult to practice this feature, and others are simply born with this.
How to practice patience?
Try an exercise that will last, but as we have already written, the process itself to become the most patient person takes time.
Grow a plant
Anything. Grow chia seede. Grow some herbs. Let it be your little test of patience. Do you know how much it takes to grow a plant? How much worries, watering, daylight and anything else just to make a small plant out of the dirt.
Initially you will not see any changes. Watering a clean ground, you have no idea if anything will come out of it. You can sit in front of it for hours, but the plant will not come out.
You’ll think it will never grow.
Then all hours, days, weeks, and even months of waiting will pay off. The plant will pop up. How will that moment look like when it comes out? What would that be like? Experience it, feel it with all your heart, mind and soul.
Just experience it.
Takeaway note
Everyday life would be so much quieter, more relaxed and better if you practice patience. You will look different on things that are happening around you, and you will most enjoy the moments you’ve been waiting for.
As soon as you experience the first one, it will be easier to be patient and wait for the second one.
