There is no healthy and unhealthy food, and bread is not guilty for weight gain. Therefore, it makes no sense to look for something like this. As long as we can eat whatever the bread we want in a calorie deficit, only bread is nutritionally poorer and the other nutritionally richer. It is worth noting that, if we are in excessive caloric intake, then the nutritionally richer bread will also become useless because excess energy is a surplus of energy, regardless of the source it comes from.
11. Should I avoid fat?
It has long been proven that fats are not related to cholesterol and blood vessel diseases so there is no fear of saturated fats. What’s more important is the ratio of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, which should be 4: 1 in favor of omega-6 fatty acids.
12. Are artificial sweeteners such as aspartame harmful?
