Skyr yoghurt with chia seeds
Skyr yogurt has recently appeared in stores, which texture and flavors reminds us on cream cottage cheese, and is extremely rich in proteins and with little calories it makes it ideal for consumption, specially on a restriction diet.
That’s why we have tried a classic combination that is nutritionally richer than ordinary yogurt.
What do I need?
- 350 grams of Skyr yoghurt
- 20 grams of chia seeds
What to do with that?
Just mix and leave it for 10 minutes. You can eat them right away, but leave them to soften at least, so that half of the seeds do not stay between your teeth, preferably leave them for some time.

Bonus tip
You can mix this with anything, we added chia to have a meal rich in proteins and omega-3 fatty acids, and instead of chia seeds you can put walnuts that are also rich in omega-3 to meet daily intake.
You can eat this at any time of the day, but since it is almost relatively fast, it is an ideal breakfast!
